What’s included in the price?

Your price includes what it takes to either start your divorce or, if you purchased a Core Divorce Package, the legal work from beginning to end, assuming limited escalations. The price is fixed, and you see it before anything begins. You're never billed for calls, texts, or messages with Marble. Two kinds of costs are excluded from these: Fees charged by third parties. Three costs are set by third parties, not by us, and apply regardless of who represents you: the court's filing fee, the process server's fee, and the mediator's fee if your case uses mediation. These are paid on top of your package price. Standard law firm fees don't cover these.If your case escalates. If your case needs additional services, such as a second hearing, a second mediation session, or a trial, each is priced separately and added as you progress.
